Reservation Process:

 

• Guests can make reservations online, via email or by phone

• To secure a reservation, credit card details may be required

• The reservation will be confirmed once the total payment has been received or credit card details have been verified

Check-in and Check-out:

• Check-in time is from 3:00 PM until 8:00PM

• Check-out time is at 11:00 AM

• Late check-ins or Check-outs may be subject to additional charges

 

Payment Policy:

• Payment for the reservation can be made in cash or by credit card

• Payment for the entire stay is due upon reservation

• Additional charges, such as food, drinks, towels, etc., can be paid at check-out

 

 

House Rules:

• Smoking is not permitted inside the closed areas of the hostel

• Pets can be allowed upon agreement

• Guests are expected to keep the hostel clean and tidy

• Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM

• You will have a personal locker to keep your valuables

• The hostel is not responsible for any lost or stolen items

 

 

Age Restriction:

• Guests must be at least 18 years old to stay in the hostel

• Exceptions may be made for minors traveling with a parent or guardian

 

 

Group Reservations:

• Special agreements can be made for group reservations or events
